Hello everyone,
We are considering a new feature where along with being able to search with a job, keywords, or Boolean strings, you could upload a reference resume or reference candidate and say "find me more people like this".
2 questions for everyone:
1) What is your initial reaction to that feature?
2) What other ways of searching for candidates would you like? This is totally magic wand territory - anything you can name in this hypothetical scenario is valid. I have some examples I can post after we get some discussion cause I don't want to bias anything and get unfiltered responses first.
