Hey all! For this week, we're really interested in learning about your candidate rejection process for anyone who has time to share. Thanks in advance if so!
Specific questions of interest:
How do you handle candidates who weren't "explicitly" rejected but were left in the pipeline because the role was filled?
Related, how often in the past have you suggested alternative roles to rejected candidates, and how does that work within your disposition system? Do they have to start over in the interview process or do they jump to offer/final review in those cases?
Hope you are all having a nice start to the week!
