We’ve added a new beta opportunity for Indeed Insiders: Sourcing Jobs.
Sourcing Jobs is a new Smart Sourcing experience designed for employers who want to reach candidates for roles they’re actively hiring for, but aren’t ready to post publicly on Indeed.
With Sourcing Jobs, participating employers can create a role once, reuse it across Smart Sourcing outreach, and manage it over time, while keeping it out of public job search and discovery.
This beta may be a good fit if your organization:
Uses Smart Sourcing
Has roles you want to source for before or without posting them publicly
Regularly sends sourcing outreach to candidates
Is comfortable testing an early experience and sharing feedback with the Product team
